I’m an ass. After all the technological challenges (also because I’m an ass) of getting AllMediocre up and running, I was looking forward to a few weeks free of internet annoyances. It lasted .23 hours.
I’ve now got the whale videos from my last post up and running. When I uploaded them to YouTube I chose to keep them private, which in my brain meant that they would be private only on YouTube but that I could use the code for my blog. DUH. So, YouTube did as it was asked and wouldn’t let y’all se them! SEE? I Punk’d you AND myself at the same time! I’m awesome.
Anyhoo, the lovely Vimeo also wouldn’t upload them (probably due to poor cinematography) at all, so I just copied them from my personal video sharing site on DropShots.
It also worked out for me because I accidentally uploaded the wrong video, so you guys would have been all “WTF, Meg?” But, you’re probably like that right now anyway.

Hee… I am completely technologically challenged, worse than you… I STILL can’t upload videos to YouTube… probably my family is better off that way.
