I can’t remember where I first saw this recipe, but I do remember that I bookmarked it immediately. And then thought about it constantly. And always wanted to make it, but was somehow foiled at every attempt. Not enough eggs. Used the cream for pasta. Kids ate all the graham crackers.
But finally, today, the planets aligned. I saw the recipe in my bookmarks, had time to make it and had all the ingredients on hand.
It was quick, easy and turned out beautifully. I can’t speak to how it tastes, though, because it’s still in the freezer. I’m anxiously awaiting the magical four hour mark when I can pull those suckers out of the freezer and bite into one. I’ll let you know how it goes.
