He’s 8 months old today. And he is AWESOME. Seriously, awesome. As the days go on, he gets more and more fun. He’s constantly learning new things and there are times I can SEE his brain working. Recognition sweeps across his face, his eyes shift back and forth and a little smile appears when he makes a connection between two things. It’s hilarious.
It happened again yesterday when he realized that the thing he was doing with his hand was also what I was doing with my hand. Waving. And after that moment of recognition, he officially became a waver. He’s so proud of himself.
It also happened when he figured this out:
He’s a champion crawler, is starting to pull himself up to standing, and suddenly LOVES playing games with his brothers.
I know it’s only going to get more fun from this moment on.

He looks CRAZY like Dylan in that first shot!
(also, who let him get so old?!?!? 8 months? I can’t even believe it!)
I love it when they learn “So Big!” My girl’s latest party trick is waving and you better believe we show that one off everywhere we go.
Yaye Ollie! Wow, 8 months, already! How the hell did that happen. I can’t wait to see him on Saturday!!!

My little girl is just 15 days older than Ollie. And I LOVE this age. They don’t talk back, they do cute tricks, and they are just so damn happy all the time. Love it.
