Oliver celebrated his 10 month Birthday yesterday.
Now that he’s almost an entire year old, he has decided that most things considered “baby” aren’t for him any longer. Like formula and bottles. And crawling.
He still drinks his formula, but not nearly as much as he used to. And half the time he prefers it in a sippy straw cup instead of in a bottle. He *loves* eating “real” food and has become quite the little mooch. As soon as he sees that someone has food, he all up in their grill trying to get some. The boy will eat ANYTHING. He is especially fond of eggs and breakfast meats. And chicken.
He loves to play games, especially Pat-a-Cake and “wrestling” with his brothers. He can entertain himself for longer periods of time. He is becoming quite the jokester. If he does something that makes us laugh, he does it over and over and over again.
His giggle is adorable.
And he’s decided he’s going to work on walking. He’s taken a few steps on his own, but he’s still pretty unsteady on his feet. His balance while standing is getting better every day and he doesn’t even notice anymore when he lets go of whatever it is that he’s holding onto.
I can only imagine what the next few months will be like.

He really is cute. I remember my son at that age and it was a wonderful time, where things changed so much from day to day.
