I spent a good part of Valentine’s Day sitting in a salon chair. I decided a few weeks ago that, after several months of daily ponytails I was going to bite the bullet and get my hair done.
The whole enchilada, if you will.
Mmmm, speaking of mexican food, we’re headed out to our favorite mexican dive place for dinner with friends tonight. Perfect timing!
But I digress. I scheduled an appointment at a popular local shishi salon. Not the usual strip mall joint I’d been visiting.
Go big or go home, right?

After a quick consultation about what I wanted, the transformation began!
Three hours and some dollars later, I got almost exactly what I wanted!

I’m going to really make an effort to keep up with it, and I might have him add a few more layers around my face at my next visit.
Now I just need to find a good wrinkle cream for my forehead creases…any suggestions? Eep.
